★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Grand Galaria in Phoenix Lower Parel, you get fresh stuff here. From fruits to juiCes, vegetables, dairy products, desserts. I liked the variety they offer in frozen foods like hams, salami, bacon, hordogs, fish fingers. Variety in veg too. Staff is helpful. They have membership program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I experienced first-hand, the disorganised mess that is called "Natures Basket".
I received a text message on my phone this morning that they had doubled up my points for me and added 181 points to my account, to be used before 15th November 2020, ie, within the next 3 days. So I was at Palladium Mall and decided to avail of the offer and shop at the Nature's Basket outlet there.
At checkout, we showed the message to the girl at the counter who didn't know what to do so called her superior, he came along saw the message, said that he knew about the scheme and stated fiddling on the system, after 10 mins of trying he went to call his supervisor, someone by the name of Saud. Saud too acknowledged our message and the said scheme but told us that he couldn't see it on his system and that we should return tomorrow. On insisting that we can't be expected to visit the store at their convenience, he tried making a few calls & then told us sorry the backend guys aren't answering so can't help you.
What kind of pathetic service is this where you ask the customer to shop by a particular date to avail a scheme you put in place, but your systems don't acknowledge it? Even though we had the communication to prove it, our trip and efforts were futile.
So basically, Nature's Basket thinks its customers have nothing better to do than to keep visiting their stores at the convenience of its systems which are not updated!!
Stay away from such cheats is all I have to say.
