★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store offers various imported products thatbare usually hard to find. This is basically a grocery store with mostly foreign brands that arent so common in the market. The prices obviously are steep when compared to the local brands but the product quality is also good. The staff is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most inefficient customer service I have come across in Delhi. The staff does not know where things are kept in a tiny store.
This evening I saw 4 people trying to check out one order. 2 were just standing behind and looking at the others like it was a circus and one was at the register and one was bagging. The customer had bought just 10 or so items. It was comical and yet annoying after 10 mins.
So after sometime I placed my 3 things back from where I had picked them and walked out. Only going to revisit in times of desperation. They need a more efficient store within walking distance to the hotels at the mall which is open late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With more staff than shoppers one has to wait for someone to show up at the counter.
Paytm has a specific way to do the transaction which no one bothers informing you, the lady behind the counter claims nothing wrong with their system, no courtesy.
Manager who shows up after 5 mins casually informs me that it will only work through UPI.
This is not the first time I've experienced this hence the review.
Staff needs to be trained on communication, courtesy body language. The store feels international. The experience nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to find some specific vegan products. Found a few but the vegan ice cream was not kept frozen so after less than a 5 minute walk back to the hotel, it was completely melted! Had to throw it away which was a very expensive waste! And the 'cold' drinks in the fridges are almost room temperature - so disappointed! Also, too many staff members just waiting to pounce on you at every turn. I like to explore a shop and wander around in peace. I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been wanting to write this review since a long time . U have an extremely well done up done , very well stocked with a lot of tie ups with gourmet bakeries likes shuchalis .
Where u are lacking severely, is the quality of ur staff. Every interaction I have had with any staff member each time has been lacking . They are just clueless. No knowledge of simple stuff like what to find in which isle, confused on billing and the list just goes on.
Hope u can provide them with better training or just hire people with a more suitable skill set

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nature's Basket Store has different berries like raspberries, cranberries, blueberries etc.
You get organic vegetables and leafy vegetables.
I bought Amul Butter, Japanese Rice Noodles and Beans.
We cooked the noodles and it was yummy.
They have home delivery facilities too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and inviting interiors offering an assortment of high-quality products and grocery essentials along with a sit-down coffee area (Blue Tokai Coffee ☕) and fresh juice vending machine.
The staff is quite friendly and helpful; the sheer number of products neatly stacked is very satisfying to see.
