There is no customer care number. U call this little shop without any customer support system a company??. Never buy from nature's tattva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilarious to see a ‘rooted in Mother Earth’ and ‘conscious’ company abysmally callous about their costumers. This is heading to be one of those companies that gets remarkable work done by the agricultural sector while being great capitalists. I hope they soon realise that this is a country where organic is not a trend and there is much more competition that’ll be harder for them to keep up with if they don’t pull up their socks. Close to two weeks (order yet to be closed) of them mishandling my order and giving excuses like no one understands how products on sale and how supply chains work is amusing me no end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy from this company. Kindly be aware of this company policy for retired goods. We ordered spray bottles from natures tattva which is owned by Meekasha Pvt. Ltd. Firstly they send us low quality product and when we complained about it they said that you should have seen the product image properly before ordering it. Well as we had already decided to return the product, we with full faith that we will get our refunds in time, but we did not received the returns till now! It has been 1 & half month since we returned the product. Every time we contact them we get non-sense replies like we do not have cash we are a startup company or our account guy is working on it.... I suggest to everyone to be cautious before dealing with this firm.
