★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roads to the apartment is very congested. Visited in 2017 November while the construction was going on. Not sure it has occupancy certificate as the builder has built the apartment very close to the boundary walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment has medium built quality and not so spacious. Only one lift present, security will be not be present near the gate, gym is medium, children’s play is not for more than 4 kids and swimmingly pool is only for name sake, it’s neither hygiene nor pure water.
This is the last apartment you will find in that road. The road to this apartment is very very poor and the locality is very bad. You will not find any essential shops near by, you have to travel minimum 500mts to 1km.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is worth to purchase. Me and my husband visited so many apartment before purchasing this. But we didn't like othere society because of some reasons. When we see the layout here, we like it in first visit. 1200sqft is so spacious. Very good privacy with lake view from kitchen and master bedroom. Even though it is small society, builder has provided so many amenities like swimming pool, Gym, party hall, a small children's play rea, water softener, solar water, STP. Now we society people has done rain water harvesting as well. Overall it a very good society.
