★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased from them last month,everything is good until you receive the order. Poor quality products and no after sale customer service at all. The teeth I ordered were defective,contacted customer service by email with picture and everything,over 16days now and still no reply. Whereas,before I made the purchase,they answered all my queries within 24hrs. Would definitely not recommend.
Update - the customer service responded promptly,all my queries were solved, and I was sent replacement items. As they said it was a case of miscommunication.

They were through with providing all the information on products, prices, shipping etc. They have always shipped on time and products have been as described. If i had an issue with the product they would help me out fixing it. Highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have very bad customer service. They are not good for handpieces and dental unit for Australia. I ordered online which was in stock and then they were about to deliver, told me it was out of stock. I asked for refund and still waiting for it till now. Every time answer was “they are looking into accounts department” and sometimes no reply at all.
I ordered handpiece set with connection and got one high and 2 straight handpieces, slow speed was missing... still no reply.
Last but not least about dental unit, end is so tiny that it’s v hard to find proper fittings.. Roam around in each store to look for them.
Think wisely before you buy...
