★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly do not travel by Navalai Travels.... its get very bad experience to you.... Its poor & pathetic service..... its buses are cancelled every time.... worst service... from Ganpatipule to Mumbai.....
I will not recommend this bus to anyone.
1.They dont have value of customers.
2.mannersless staff. They dont know how to talk with customers.Very rude,arrogant.
3.they are forcing passengers to keep there luggage in luggage compartment. I think this is very pathetic.I think its should be a passengers choice where to keep. Beacause many time we are carrying important things with us.
4.attitude of cunductors is like they are giving service in free of cost.
5.if you will see bus cleanliness then its zero. I saw bedbugs.
So dont pay for this people.There are better options you will get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harsh driving. Driver was Rude. The office gave me boarding time of 9:15 and the bus arrived at 8:50 it was too early which made merun to the boarding point. Bus was neat and clean. But the onboard staf was not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amoungst all the bad buses in konkan this is better than them. That comes with the price. I travelled from mumbai to Ratnagiri and back by Navlai Ac sleeper. The double seat is verry comfortable however the single seat is cut to cut. One traveling with kid should book only double seat(preferably lower not upper). The hotels the bus stopped didntt have good washrooms. They do not have volvo buses for Mumbai Ratnagiri.
