They have a bunch of upcoming properties around multiple locations in Bangalore. Had visited Navami Funique and found the quality to be on par. The marketing team and the overall support has also been helpful. Would recommend.

Good responsive. Attended all our queries while handing over apartment. Management have patient hearing of grievances of customers.

When we booked the property, only basement was completed but later, completion of the project is on full swing. No compromise on quality of the construction. I recommend the property for my uncle and cousin.
Now we very happy to be part of Navami Family.

Thank you for making my dream come true.
Making a big decision 2 years ago of booking a flat Navami Funique Project, in its prelaunch stage was a tough decision.
Buying a house is like a marathon race.
Its a race against time, Start line to finish line its a run, its a race, its an activity of coordination, each one runs to achieve their goal.
On reaching the finish line, they win the race and my dream gets accomplished.
The journey started when I visited Navami Funique, marketing office in Hosa road Junction, Bangalore. Seeing the construction quality from outside always made me feel it would be an another Software company on Main road, National highway, near to bus stop and upcoming Metro station.
After meeting marketing staff, (Ratan, Shashi - InBox) came to know that its going to be 4 residential towers and 1 commercial complex in front. The model flat was impressive.
The marketing staff explained each and every detail related of project and after 2 years they turn out to be facts.
While booking I was in feeling that its premium price. Its true.
Two years down the line when I look at output, after completion of project I feel its worth spending every penny.
They have guided me from booking stage to registration stage, whenever I have reached to them for help. Kovalan sir has supported a lot. SBI staff for support (Hidayat) provided in this journey Koramangla RACPC. (Name not mentioned because I have not taken their permission)
While booking flat these points were in my mind, I was looking at the quality of construction, location of the project, cost, amenities, ventilation, how easy it would be for someone coming from out station to reach my flat.
The experience of dealing with Marketing staff and Navami Builders is really good.
They are professional at work and behavior.
Speaking about this I would like to mention about Raghu Sir, He had handed over the agreement in front of Lord Ganesh after taking his blessings and I feel its blessings of Lord helped all of us and with support of people registration process happened smoothly.

Navami Funique is one of the best in terms of location and quality construction in Bangalore. We appreciate Navami for their tireless efforts to complete this project on scheduled time even during the tough time due to covid lock downs and related restrictions. The marketing team and Navami corporate office staff are very helpful and attentive. However, the team at the work site are not trained professionally to handle the issues faced by their clients especially during the interior works. There should be more transparent regarding amenities and other facilities as even at the last stage of completion we feel they are not sure about the amenities.
Thanks for the entire Navami team for all their efforts and all the best for their future projects.

The Transition period was very smooth with this builder, everyone was very co-operative and helped us. Their construction quality was very good, prime location and easily connected to markets, clinics and schools. The cost is also reasonable compare with others, strongly i would recommend this builder to all my friends.
