★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Structure plan is awesome and just next there is a metro facilities and Mysore to Bangalore road and just 300 away u r see the university forest which is just awesome for those who take walk and other activities ,but just 500 meter away there is a sewer line passing ??

Its next to metro station so u dont need vehicle to travel till metro, also nice road is easily accessible from here. Gopalan Mall is 300m from here, one can walk and its right at the signal so u can easily take U turn. Apposite is Bangalore university so view is 1200 acres of lush green.
Being soo tall u can view whole of Bangalore from there..and Balconies are strategically placed to give u view of University forest and mysore road to enjoy beautiful sunset.
Rooftop pool and Clubhouse is cherry on the cake, imagine yourself on top of the world with world class amenities..
Yes its next to river but well raised walls and good 60m. from tower D building thus smell etc does not come. STP plants are placed at Gopalan mall and university which will improve the river quality with time.. and if blessed we may again see the river going to its good shape..
