★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High prices. Real time tracking is very bad. Their head office in singanayakanahalli often suffers from network issues. When called, customer care is not able to tell the exact status of delivery. Slow delivery compared to sre and vrl. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I was enquiring about transport for table, he said he is busy and will call in 5 min and never called when I have called him again after 2 days and reminded him I have called before. He started saying what to do system is not working. Definitely not the way to deal with customers.

Reached in 3rd January 2021
The manager of yalahanka navata transport collected mony from rs 40/- he demanded extra for loading and unloading charges and he given duplicate receipt .
Already I have paid at time booked in nellore
After reached rice bags yalahanka narava transport
I went to navata transport for picking
The manager kept two bags in my car silently I am belive him I am not check wait in transport office
After reached home I seen two bags in hole and open the taking rice nearly 10 kgs and cover tape normally
Immediately I called yalahanka navata transport he told this is all common
If want u complaint to customer care
Many times I tried no one piking the call
I am first time booked in this transport very bad service
They are cheating to people
Delivery manager has told this is all common in transport.
I have uploaded the photos
Pl don't booked in this transport they are doing theft the items and close normally
