Hated this!!
Worst service I have seen till date. My cooler has damaged badly which costs 16k and they are not ready to accept the mistake and without informing us, they entered in the receipt as booked at owners risk and they say we are not responsible for damage. Then why you are running the transport better shut it down when you can't take responsibility of the items which we send. I have call recordings also. They are blaming on each other which means they don't have proper communication and coordination among them which is risky to all the customers who are sending through this transport and they charge for loading and offloading also.
Look at this picture friends you will understand how pathetic they handle the items which we send. We pasted all the necessary photos like Handle with care and Fragile but they failed to handle.
I advice you all to be careful while sending in navata. Worst service.
