โ โ โ โ โ Very expensive compared to other transport. They dont have proper facilities to unload the goods also. The person from the transport had given a call to me saying your goods have arrived so i sent my vehicle to collect the goods. But whenmy vehicle reached there he saw that their vvehicle needs to get unloaded. They had to wait for three hours to get the materials. VERY PATHETIC SERVICE

โ โ โ โ โ I suggest, never and ever choose Navata Road Transport for any kind of shipments. I shipped a two wheeler (CBZ Xtreme) from Bangalore to Kovvur,Andhra Pradesh.
They charged me 3650/- for transport
100/- for package (headlight and backlight)
and 250 for shipping. Vehicle took more time to deliver than committed time and it got delivered in a pathetic way.
Back light got completely damaged,
Tanker got a big dent
and many parts came out with full of scratches.
At the delivery point again they charged 300/- for unloading charges.
Even they vehicle was in that pathetic state, i didn't said anything. Just asked to remove the dust on seat...for that they replied saying "Should we deliver you with servicing?".
When i called to customer care and ask about it, their response was very rude..
This is not the way to behave with customer. they just need money from us and they will not respect out belongings.

They don't know how to respect and they are irresponsible
They aren't packing items
For that again they are asking extra money
After dispatch they aren't sending one SMS also
Irrespectively they behaving
They are charging more money they need only from us they don't even care about products
I don't suggest this one is good service
