★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to Gurgaon or any other stores in Rewari. #Worst experience, #unprofessional, #uncultured, very rude staff. No one will ask u to sit or have water. We bought a dimond ring with a lot of other items, and they said (ring) it can be returned within 7 days but same day when we wanted to change it, they denied in very bad manners (asked us to read the terms in bill and cut the phone). Prices are 20-30% extra then online and Gurgaon, NCR cities. We fall in their trap because we were in urgent need and had no other options.

This shop is worst in terms of design of products, quality and they are charging making charges way too much as compared to other shops and rate of jewellery. Also they don't have any customer service,once you have bought anything from them after that you are BHAGWAN BHAROSE!! They will not pick your call or will cut it stating some illogical reason. Just boycott it and make others aware of their fraud.
Save your money and buy your jewellery from some other shop.

Not only their making prices are masked and high, they also fool the customers by selling 18 Carat in the price of 22 Carat. They do not explain the 'wastage weight' (20 percent) and do not weight the jewellery in front of the customer.

but their prices are very very high, they are charging 200/gm making charges along with 20% wastage
so guys pls take a shuttle for gurgaon(Gold Souk Mall) and purchase from their , no need to pay that much high cost.
