Very bad service, you do not value customer money and time. So lethargic approach towards attending and even owner Naveen was watching those workers struggling to resolve without helping them to resolve. Guys ifiypuif want to reply get working vehicle to get damaged pls visit this place.

*Note:* In general I don't write reviews unless I think it is really worth it. Also this is not any paid review. It is an honest review. *About the BOSS and his team:* I know Mr. Naveen since 2012 when I bought my Classic 350 and gave it for service at Royal Enfield Service Centre. A very trustworthy person, his simplistic and down to earth nature are some of the traits for his success. His ever smiling and treatment rendered to his customers are the driving factors for his customers to be regular. His customers follow him from various parts of the city no matter wherever he shifts his workshop. Initially he had his workshop setup in Jayanagar and it was quite nearby to my place and later he shifted to J.C. road and still I follow up with him for any kind of bike service and assistance. Mr. Naveen is a very knowledgeable person in terms of the bike and it's internals. His diagnosis of the problem is very precise. His team members are also trustworthy and support him very well. He grows by allowing his team members grow. This kind of attitude you seldom see in any of the other sectors wherein only the BOSS wants to succeed and be profitable. One of his team members George William has helped me on several occasions, for instance I hadn't started my bike for a long time and the battery was down. He has provided the required assistance at doorstep and prompt on time. *Very Helpful nature:* 1. I can quote one instance wherein my Brother-In-Law Classic 350 bike's battery was stolen by someone. And it was beyond closing hours and my brother-in-law wanted a new battery to be installed as he needed to use the bike next day to office. Without battery you cannot start the bike!!!!! On just a single call and request to Mr. Naveen, he immediately visited my brother-in-law's place say around 9:30/10 P.M. which is way beyond working hours and helped my Brother-In-Law get a new battery and thus able to use it to office the next day. Complete peace of mind with the timely help provided by Mr. Naveen. 2. On few occasions due to flat tyre, I couldn't use my bike. Mr. Naveen and one of his team members visited my place and removed the wheel and got it rectified. It has happened on few occasions. 3. Another instance was about an issue with the engine after 25K-30K Kms and had to be thoroughly diagnosed. This was a very big task and I still got it done though Mr. Naveen because I know and trust that his work will be complete ("pakka") and peace of mind guaranteed!!!!! *Quality of work:* 1. Naveen and his team do not compromise on the quality of work. After their thorough service always get the feeling of riding a brand new bike (not exaggerating here). They always use genuine parts. 2. I usually don't prefer pick up n drop facility be it car or bike. But in his case, I don't mind pick up and drop as I trust his entire team for the service. I have done it several occasions and very happy by their help and service. Wishing Mr. Naveen and his reliable team a very hearty success and wishing them all the best to reach greater heights!!!!!
