★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraud... I have 10 am next day train from Ajmer to aburoad so I took 5pm bus from Haridwar to pushakar Naveen Ashok bus name they said they will drop us at 6-7 am at pushakar but at 11:30 am they dropped us at pushakar.... Never ever will travel in this bus....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad treatment at th office and the worst journey of my life, if it wasn't India I would have reported the driver to the police. Everything was ridiculous, I had cold wind coming inside my sleeping cabin, no pillow and no blanket. Stay away from this company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant staff who reassured us with a copy ticket after we lost ours. The night bus ride to Delhi however was awful.
Be prepared, if your journey is like ours, for a driver with an unnecessarily, ridiculously loud, stupid jingley horn. Passengers playing loud music. Fast driving around corners. Definitely the worst bus ride I’ve ever experienced, but it got us to Delhi in time at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. They work with gulzar travels. The worst company available. We took the ac sleeper to Delhi. Bus was in bad condition. Sleepers without sheets or blankets. While boarding they try to charge extra for your luggage. Staff can't understand English. There are real companies in the same price..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus quality is good with timely arrival but staff behaviour are rude. They won't response politely post boarding also there should be 1 break during 6-8hrs journey but they didn't do due to overloading luggage and stoppage according to their wishes.
They need to improve their service in favour of passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took sleeper bus to Delhi. Bus was fine, but the problem was the time when we arrived in Delhi. They told us around 6.00 (7.00) in the morning, 10h drive. We arrived at 4.00. In the middle of night, Old Delhi station! What do to and where to go in that time? It was very uncomfortable. Some of the travelers supposed to get down near airport. Nobody did say anything bus driver or the others guy, or maybe they did but nobody didn't understand them. He was driving too fast, for who knows what reason. Also very rude behavior.
All together very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had travelled from ajmer to jaisalmer on October 2021. They allow all non tickets person inside the bus during the trip if u complaint the same with bus manager. He responded like this is how it goes.
Make sure u go to washroom (girls/women) before boarding the bus, as they don't stop when required or any urgency.
Bus conductor is very rude and bad attitude.
