They don't understand colour, maroon colour came out brown, and they argued that its what it is, and charged for it.
Did this same mistake twice and tell me that its my mistake, whereas its their machines mistake.
One of the important aspect of any print shop is to have exact and proper colours and quality.
And they don't have it.
Plus rude and blaming the customer, which is not cool.
