You'll face problems many times in a months.
And they don't even have permanent solutions to resolve the problems.
Seriously a worst experience I've ever got from any internet services.
Please don't go for this.
I don't know who is good in mathura in providing best internet connection but surely this is worst. And I'm gonna withdrawal the connection next month. If knows anyone provides better services DM me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will provide the zero ratings for the staff and owner ,they are not professional, before taking a connection please confirm if all charge including GST, else charging GST extra on the plan provided. Making people fool on the name of GSt and connection is not stable too.

Please do not waste your money into their WIFI. They do not have speed more than 5 mbps. And Mr. Naveen(owner) is having very rude behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using services since last one month, 6 time breakdown in one month, worst service being provided. Don't waste your money. Complain never get addressed on time. Owners response and attitude also very irresponsible. Poor servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is getting worse day by day, it only works fine half a day. They don't have alternate network connections. Wired fiber connection not available. While attending meetings it disconnects a lot. There are other service providers out in market better than this and cheaper who are operating with other network connections in backup.
Check before taking connection because Installation charge is too much and non- refundable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give. The guy and his service deserves much worse. Doesn't stand on his words and the internet speed is even worse than 2G...the router used to turn off by itself multiple times and quite frequently was at loss. This was the service after multiple complaints and his pathetic service. Got rid of the connection. Good riddance!
