★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service provider of IPR Service Industry. These people sleep over the application and do not respond. They just need to have he cheque first and they do not respond to our mails. I had sent many mails to at least give the application umber of my design patent but they are unable to give from last 2 years. Even when we have provided the standard procedure of the kolkatta office they deny the govt: process also and Feels the customers are fools.
Remain away from them.

Don't fall for these tricks, no response about any queries at their end. Zero professionalism. Owner(Ms Namrata) never responds, she's always "out of state"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fraud company they take money in advance and use fir their personal purposes also they dont pick call after recieving money and director is the mastermind behind this cheat company please value your money and never ever pay them for the services as because the are cheaters no professionalism at all. Jab tak aap paisa nai doge they will talk professionally after recieving money they will not recieve your calls and if by chance they pick then they abuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. They don't respond after you have paid them as all services are 100% advance and once the money is paid they just don't care about the service that have charged for. It's been more than 2 years now and 2 of my trademarks are not being registered and they are not even in journal yet, they always have new reasons for this that hearing date is delayed and what not. I got stuck with this fraud company, If you are reading this review then find someone else as they trap by giving discount and better pricing then other trademark registration firms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady uses very bad language with customers and once they took fees (money) from they will not reply neither they receive any call from you.
Also when we said you did not work for us so pay us back so she uses bad language and said "Nikal Sake Toh Nikal lena". Be aware of this fraud people they will ruin your brand image.
They wasted our time money.
