★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this place. Terrible service. I visited their showroom about 3 weeks ago. I selected quite a lot of furniture to buy, sofa, cabinet, rocking chair, table etc. It was easily a business of 50k or more than that. I asked the guy about some discount, to which he told me that he will do some calculations and get back to me by evening. I agreed and left after giving my name and number. He never got back to me so I followed up around 9:30pm ish. I thought they might have felt I am just wasting their time and hence they did not feel the need. But I was a genuine buyer, which is why I followed up. He said he was busy and will get back to me by next day morning. And that "morning" hasn't dawned yet. It appears to me that they are not in need of business, which is why customer service or potential buyers are not a priority for them.

Very expensive, they don't accept cards (strange).
It is very expensive, as we entered to buy various home decoration stuff, but we exited with one bedsheet only (that too on MRP)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had bought Swing from Navkar. The spring was rusty and there were big scratches all over the stand which are clearly visible. They replaced the spring but didn't replace the stand. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From outside it looks like mall but don't get blazed by outside beauty. We visited this so called furniture mall yesterday and you won't believe they don't have manners how to talk and even more one sales guy (blackish) will keep running after you wherever you visit in mall as if you are going to steal something. This is cheap mentality this people are having then why open such mall. The sales person was very arrogant in talking. All the items were from China we can see it written on item when asked that person he said we don't brint anything from china we got it from Malaysia. Naked truth. I would not recommend to visiit this mall as it's too expensive same sofa, table etc if you can get it outside very cheap.they don't know the basics of sales and marketing.. and how to treat customer. It's typical jain kacchi mentality it seems. Really pathetic exp.
