★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop hosts and sales hand-electric tools (Cutter, saw, drill etc) they deal primary in Hikoki (formaly Hitachi) brand products.
The variation in price is not by a mile. Compared to prices available online, the price offered in this shop is only about ₹150 less (the mentioned difference is inclusive of GST)
Most of the product has a warranty of 6 months. Prices are non negotiable (fixed price) and compulsory GST invoice will be raised for any product which includes 100mm cutter disc (₹12 to ₹20 + GST 18%)
The shop keeper adheres to COVID protocol, maintains social distance, barricade the shop's entrance so that no more than 1 person can cater at the shop. Further more, the shop is a mini showroom, they have a godown in the building opposite so that they have ample supply to demand.
They have a prospectus and a menu type brochure, since they maintain a strict billing policy they have immaculate stock record so that they will confirm how long would it take to get the products to customer (if they are depleted of stock) also, due to the stock record, they will not falsely hold down people by saying they have everything a potential customer wants. If they don't have something, they will gladly let people go.
I have given 3 stars because of the price. Compared to BOSCH and STANLEY the price is less (for the same specifications of the product) like Watt power, size, etc. Since they are HIKOKI exlusive dealers, they could offer a better price than the online portal at least by ₹500. That, in my opinion will give them 5 stars.
