Navneet Hospital - Nala Sopara

I didn't like the dentist department at all the doctor speakes in a very rude manner and has no manner of talking. I took my mom today and she treated on very bad terms. We waited there for about an hour and she didn't didn't diagnose. If the dentist doctor had her own clinic I'm sure she wouldn't have treated the patients in such manner. I recommend not to visit to this hisoptial if you want to visit dentist go to some other hospital and not this one. Only for dentist I suppose

Very Arrogant doctor, Me & my daughter went to dentist Dr.Richi Vora in Navneet hospital Achole nallasopara east on 28th may 2019 ,at 3pm, Dr.Richi Vora was present there ,she is so Arrogant and unprofessional she did some mistake in my daughter's dental treatment when I bought it in her notice she blame me for it and started arguing with me ¬ ready to accept her fault.Very bad experience with Navneet hospital Dental department. UPDATED REVIEW: Went again during covid period ,#no sanitizer,#no handwash facility #No proper sterilization of instruments ,No proper sitting arrangements out of ward for patients,all chairs kept in harsh sunrays, patients sit down on floor but can't bear to sit on chairs. Worst treatment & Insensitive Doctor (Richi Vora)doesn't explain treatment procedure to patients, As I find it very difficult to cooperate with doctor, because I was unaware of next step procedure. No pre& post treatment advised by Doctor. I just want to request Navneet Hospital Management that Please explain your Doctors that The procedure with they treat patients is regular to them, But patients are not aware of it(steps of procedure) so please explain them as much as they can so that they could less panic during rootcanal, capping/crowning, Extraction of tooth etc. One more thing , Receptionist is very arogant/rude dont give proper info of OPD, Just order to stand in a queue,but what if the doctor is not available? patients will have to stand queue for many hours after that when they reach to counter they get answers from receptionist that there is no OPD at this time related their (patients) issue, Then patients have to wait for some more hours for OPD treatment. Updated review: Please save yourself from worst treatment& monetary loss by repeatedly visiting for same treatment ,which is failed because of careless doctor. Do not go to treat tooth problems to Dr.Richi Vora. Very Disappointed with the treatment provided by Dr. Richi Vora ,A Dentist from Navneet Hospital Nallasopara (E). Worst Experience , Very arrogant Doctor,I can't even say anything regarding treatment to her, because she start blaming to us. I had done tooth extraction, rootcanal & tooth crowning/capping in Navneet Hospital,Nsp(e) Achole. through Dr.Richi Vora, within 4 days of capping/crowning tooth cap of upper premolar tooth came out ,even after following all precautions but when I went to her She(Dr.Richi Vora) scolded me and blamed me.She said ,this happened because of my carelessness . I want to ask her that,if I have pain in that tooth, paid big amount for treatment,covid report fees,H.I.V. report,Total,amount,paid around Rs7000/-+such huge amount to spent by middle class people, how could I'll be careless? on 8th feb 2021,my two tooth capping/crowning treatment performed, but within 4 days my 1st tooth cap came out and within 8 days my 2nd tooth cap came out. Is this types treatment is provided to poor needy peoples who pay full amount for treatment.I need action on this matter.I request management to take proper action on this because everyone is not able to write/share their experience here. Hospital staff is not well very very lose behaviour third class . Staff behaviour is very bad I am not happy & my father

Went with my dad for his treatment but the experience was horrible Dr.pal Prescribed injection but also prescribed gloves which will be use by himself and we have to pay for these ......I believe the gloves should come under hospital management why to charge the patient for their protection. These made my visit so pathetic to navneet hospital.

Worst experience I don't recommend this hospital ,staff working there are so arrogant ,so frustrated that they pour all their frustration upon patient and their relatives ,did'nt got any sense to talk .. worst hospility

I have done the registration here they gave me the date of 8th for sonography but when I reached there at 8th they said my date was 7th I told them you told it was 8th if want check your camera recording for your reference I requested them to do test today on 8th but they said doctor is not ready to do Seriously very pathetic service my wife is pregnant I took holiday my full day was spoiled because of them MY SUGGESTION : If anyone is going there please take in writing what they are telling.

Cannot comment on in-patient service. However, Out-patient services are very good and reasonable. Highly recommend. There are many specialist available e.g. General Physician, Eye Specialist, Orthopedics, Dental, etc.
