I've given my accident car for insurance claim and it's been 20 days now no one is updated and status They promised that they will call me every day for status, but no one did. When I call they said they will get back in 5 minutes but it's been 6 hours no one called. No sense of commitment, no trust, no responsibility. Worst staff. In worst case your executive dint attend the call so you have to call in workshop. In body shop Mr.Naval is reception person he is very arrogant and gunda language, nahi bataunga jao kya karoge he talks like this way. Shame on you Navneet Motors you hire like this gunda people. Jo marne ki bhi dhamki deta hain. Thirdclass staff and arrogant people. You hire Naval people one day you regrets.
Bad service, bad and arrogant behaviour of staff. Give your car at own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please have value for customers and their time. I did not like the way entire transaction handled by the sales executive. Highly disappointed with the service.
There were no reasonable efforts from your side to complete the delivery. There was no follow-up after any further development. Tired calling the sales executive mr. Dayanand for updates despite we always driven by surprise for unknown mismatches at last minute. Documents were been requested multiple times shows lack of clarity and knowledge in the work. The sales executive expect we should come separately for submission of documents and cannot collect documents when we visited same place for some other purpose. There was serious lack of co-ordination between the staff. Questions posted to me during the discussion made me realise what I am dealing with.
I felt govt offices work better than this so called showroom. There is much more to say about bad side of you with not even one percent good. I don't want to waste my time more than this.
Please ask for review twice after delivery. That gives you real picture of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They follow malpractice of simply asking customer “seat clean karna hai” you say yes and they add 1500/- in your bill. Going ahead to file an official complain for this. And legal action as well since this clearly comes under a scam operation by billing customers without providing clear and enough information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know much about the car service yet but the staff is not at all courteous. I was waiting on their center for over 45 minutes I was not offered a single glass of water. Everyone's got comfortable in their respective jobs and profiles so it's "I don't care" attitude overall.
