★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my wedding and reception lehengas from here. They have a huge collection, their price range is very reasonable, also my customer service experience with them was very pleasant. I had an issue with one of my lehenga’s and Prince, the salesman who helped me with the purchase was very responsive and got it fixed for me, with no extra charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing a lehenga for 10k, Navya collection destroyed my lehenga by increasing the length by adding an ordinary cloth. I categorically informed Navya collection team not to add any cloth to increase the height but they ignored the instructions and made the same mistake due to which the whole stitching is coming off. When I called their team they simply ignored my call & said "madam baad main call karna". This is 100% disgusting after sales service, this seems like a new trend vendors sell & simply get off the hook. Overall I had a horrible experience. Please do not buy from this store & if you do than do not pay in advance as these people mess up & shrugg off the responsibility.

People here are very rude.
I had gone to buy a saree and now I wish if I had never gone there.
They show u only 2-3 sarees and ask to select from them.They don't ever exchange saree and have very old collection of sarees.They cheat poor customers and charge exorbitant price on sarees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never trust them with prices. We got bridal lehenga from their store and guess what the price we got was 2 times higher. They sold it for 26k and another store I inquired after that was selling it for 12K. But it was too late for us and we were already looted. And of course the change in behaviour after the deal is done is waayyyy different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found them on Instagram and one of their pieces was love at first sight for me, as I am located in singapore I whatsapped them and their replies were very prompt and fast, next day I video called to me to view the lengha and I fell in love with it, I had some problem with western union payment to them but they were very patient with me and provided me with all the information I needed to complete the international bank transfer, after I had made the complete payment they shipped out the lengha the next day and I received it India-singapore in 10 days!! Their customer service the entire time was top notch and their WhatsApp replies were always on time. I am very happy with my purchase and transaction with them seeing I ordered and did the whole transaction online via WhatsApp from singapore with blind faith and trust and they did not let me down!! I’m very happy with my purchase I would suggest everyone to not hesitate to purchase online from them

Also, they have best collection with the prices being reasonably affordable as compared to other shops in the market.
