★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit there with high hopes but the project was not upto our expectations, didn’t feel fresh/ positive like we usually should feel when we enter a new place. The flat’s cut is poor (tunnel like).. we got to know that nothing will be provided inside the flat- no washroom, tiles, switches and this is what they mean by ‘expandable’. So essentially they’ll give us a rocky surface which we have to build from scratch.
Upon that, they’re demanding unbelievably high price.
So id just say please understand and invest your hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place yesterday. It is so very beautiful. It is actually the best residential park in all of Alipore and New Alipore. What we saw in Vyom gives us an idea that how beautiful Nayom will be when it is ready. All the facilities, the landscaping, the architecture, the spacious flats everything is wonderful.
But what concerns me is the approach road. The approach road i.e. Manmohan Banerjee Road is in a very bad condition. The 5 star feeling what we feel inside the complex gets devastated when we look out into the approach road. PS you are big enough to do something for this. Some beautification or betterment of the approach road is very necessary and the project would become a landmark in South Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very luxurious project coming up in South Kolkata very near to New Alipore. The concept is very nice with the landscaping and other all facilities provided.
I have deducted one star for the approach road. The approach road creates a negative vibe while entering the project but on the other hand once you enter inside you forget the outside world, as seen in Vyom. Other than the approach road everything else is very nice.
If some beautification can be done for the approach road it will be a win-win situation for the project as well as the people who are already residing in Vyom as well as those who shall be residing in Navyom in the near future......
