★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are highly unprofessional and tarible liers. They doesn't know, if something went wrong they will clearly deny on your face. Mr Azhar and boutique manager have great coordination in fooling people. Road side tailors are far better than Nazia Boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Delivery was on 26th Nov 21, went on 27th Nov 21, they said complete order is not ready. Aadil said that he will get it sent by next week. Today is 3rd Dec, 21, we still do not have our order.
Not commenting on the quality of products but the service we have received post purchase is 3rd grade... Never again to Nazia..m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They would pressurise you into buying by making false claims and then deny after billing is done. Had to fight with the manager to get a refund. They are very pro in coning people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nazia boutique for me is a complete stop shop for every kind of dress materail and stitching. Thr boutique offers you wonderful cost effective lengas, sarees, suits, fabric and stitching services are impeccable. Right work in one go and on promised time. I have become a fan on the boutique and also kinda brand ambassador because in last 6 months since I have found this boutique my entire family is shopping from here and even friends too now. Recently I got few dresses stitched from here and I must say nothing like them in finesse of work.

I’ve bought quite a few items from this shop. I bought the saree on Friday without any discount, then picked it up on Sunday, then the shop manager told me now they have 50% discount on everything!!! Why didn’t he tell me so 2 days ago? Then, I wanted to have some kind of compensation, but they refused to provide anything! I’ve been a customer for quite some time, but I got treated like I was nobody. I will never ever come to this shop again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard a lot of praise from my neighbor. Got 8 suits stitched in past 20 days, but highly disappointed. I saw some ladies walking out with such good fitting. Even the ladies sitting at counter had worn well stitched suits.
But each one of our suit was so loose at neck and waist that it looked like gown. When pointed out to tailor, he just said dont stretch it. I think owner does not take interest in customers and just busy in collecting money by jncreasing stotching charges.
Very disappointed. Moreover lady on counter jyst wanrs to run back home. No matter how much you point out to change measurements on oaper she just says yes and does nothing for next time.
