This is within 4-5 years of construction.
Reasoning given - high chloride level in water leading to corrosion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor construction by NBCC. RCC Structure has very poor constructions, asked by Authority to vacate the premises for structural repairs. God knows what will happen to Amrapali project to be completed by NBCC.

Fantastic work tried by NBCC.
Next to railway crossing line, so sound is always a problem.
As off now just 30 families are residing and most are tenants.
Security is pathetic, they are least bothered about people.
Yes society can be very easily accessible by wheelchair.
Maintenance cost is too high of approx Rs. 2 per sqft and in return you will just get a park and a swimming pool which is not functional.
Lift entrapment is common, which a frequency of ones a week.
Maintenance people never fill tanks on time you need to rush behind them.
Your allotted parking can be utilized by any one and guard are not concerned.
Although they have full power back but electricity is usually missing for hours.
Connectivity is major concern, one patch of approx 100 m not yet constructed because of some legal issue going on in court.
Not at all recommended for purchase, purely wastage of your hard earned money.
After all they are "SARKARI" people and they have chalta hai attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very First thing this construction is NOT HERA registered, means in case of any frauds, cheatings, refunds, etc it will not be very easy to take actions until Consumer Forum intervenes. Construction material used in the buliding is a garbage of worst category. No safety guidelines or measures followed. All those giving 5 stars and good reviews might be either paid or possibly they don't even know actual situation of the buidling/construction. Now it is declared as unsafe by HR Authorities and residents been asked to vacate the building by 1st March. Beware of such properties and fraud builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best , most spacious society in Gurugram - Unfortunately, due to the misdeeds of the NBCC ,and poor construction material used, and poor project execution - the complex was declared unsafe within 3 years from occupancy - (Google - NBCC Green view for details) - a Pathetic company , and one should never invest in their residential or commercial spaces ...
