This villa plot project is still under construction and we hope this will be completed by September next year. I am really looking forward to see the villas being constructed here and that our hard earned money gives us good return in due course of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this isolated plot in the mid of Feb 2022 . It's very far from main bangalore. I would never recommend this place for investment. These people have no proper executives nor proper maintenance. Shocked to know they have not lights in d entire region post 6pm.
They are quoting Rs. 3000 per sq and this is behind Nandi hills. This place is 60-70 km away from Main bangalore. Google reviews for this nbr is FAKE FAKE FAKE. DONT INVEST HERE. Better invest near electronic city. Save yourself
