★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr. K.K.Verma ex Army man with very strong and HNI network, and owner of NCR Heights is a man of words. He believe in transparent deal. Though people of real estate sector are hard to believe but Mr.K.K.Verma is one name you can trust on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service and a certified liar of the highest order... KK Verma is the rudest and most unprofessional and unethical person I have ever met.
We moved into a rented apartment in Valley View Estate though NCR properties and during the movement itself we had showed the employee of Mr. Verma the original problems that the flat had and he had ensured us that he would take care of them but he never did.
Within 1 year of moving in 3 ceiling fans failed one after the other within a span of 2 months. In spite of reasoning with him that a fan motor failure issue of 3 identical fans bought together for a house means that after 12 years of troublefree use, the fans had reached their end of life and so the responsibility lies with the owner and not the tenant as the tenant is only responsible for damages and abuse and not an end of life issue. He stuck to his illogical arguement and we were forced to pay for the repairs.
Further, there was a huge chandelier that was stored in one of the loft cupboards right at the the time of our possession and was never in use. Once we vacated the flat, he charged us for the repairs of the same(Security deduction) even though it was not installed for the entire duration of our stay.
The crook also fleeces you shamelessly every year at the time of rent renewal wherein he charges you Rs. 2500/- for the job which gets done for approximately Rs. 300-500 through any notary.
The worst part was when we vacated the house his caretaker checked the house and did not find any damages to the house which means that we should have got back a complete refund of our security deposit. However, he delayed refunding the amount by over 20 days and also deducted a high amount as damages for issues which were non existent when we vacated.
All in all he is a liar to the core and so is his caretaker who goes by the name of "Bhagwan"(What a farce of a name). Never trust them at all and ensure that you take even the smallest of detail in writing at the time of possession, else, he's gonna fleece you horribly.

We took a rented flat through him valley view estate and within 6 months he asked us to vacate the flat.
He never introduces to owner and would monopolise.
He dupes house owner as well by giving fake bills and jobs.
He is infamous for his dubious and fraudalent acts in valley view estate. Such people should be exposed.
