★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a renault kwid on 26th december 2016 Through paytm. I have to cancel the booking now they are that your money will wont be refunded to you. As the paytm is third party vendor and they not responsible for this issue.
This booking was done to NCR motors Shona Road,Gurgaon. Now they are saying that they are not responsible for this booking.
So those who are willing to buy any renault car please don't purchase from them they will do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, got the delivery of KWID after submitting all the papers as required by the dealer. After 15 days they says that loan has not been approved and asking for alternate finances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls take in writing for the colour you will select. We booked a car around 8-9 days back. Finalised a colour after their consultation with plant. Now today when I checked for delivery, they are saying that colour is not available. You s3lect another colour. This is pathetic. On top of it, they didn't contacted me. They informed me when I contacted them. Had I not, I would have not even com3 to know about the status. So pls beware and take everything in writing from them. They have only one colour available with them but they will create scene as if other colours are available in plant. When you will contact them after few days, they will say that colour is over and we have only one colour available. BEWARE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a small and cosy outlet. Team is well trained and attends to your queries professionally. However, few of the colleagues/processes lacks the expected behaviours/standards. Bargain your offers well and take everything in writing over email before you close the deal to avoid any surprises. In nutshell, NCR Motors was 4 star for me
