About NCR Prakash Diagnostics
NCR Prakash Diagnostics was established in 2010. The diagnostic establishment aims to bring highest quality of diagnostic imaging accompanied by specialized interpretation by its founder Dr Siddhesh Pandey and his dedicated team of skilled technical and humane managerial staff. The diagnostic center runs and follows a strict Internal Quality Assurance program and had been an External Quality Assurance partner with reputed hospitals like Paras Hospital Gurgaon and Alchemist Hospital Gurgaon. NCR Prakash Diagnostics had also been providing complete Radiology services at C K Birla Hospital for Women, Gurgaon. We provide multiple diagnostic services under one roof with latest technology. We strive hard to keep our Turnaround time (TAT) at the lowest and provide our patients timely, accurate and error free results through IT enabled technology. I have been there with my husband for some test. they deducted payment twice and said that we have cancelled first one and you will receive the same back in a day or so. It is been 8 days, i didn't receive refund of that amount and when i called on the number provided in the receipt, doctor talked very rudely, used abusive language and cut the phone. this is disgusting. No professionalism at all.

He is a very simple man and having a +ve attitude. He is always available for questions and appointments. Archana Singh is very energetic, polite, and helpful at all times. she handles all matters with ease, she treats everyone with a smile. Their Staff, technician, and receptionist are very kind and helpful. The blood sample in the clinic was taken in the most painless way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. We booked usg colour Doppler a week prior to get out convenient timings i.e 5.30 pm as our gynec appointment was immediately after that and the doctor was so unprofessional that he called us at 5.20 to cancel our appointment.
This was so impractical I took early leave from my office and now in rush I have to go to some random ultrasound diagnostics
I would suggest people who value their time shouldn’t go there

- Please be on time so that it make yours and serving person's life easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tests were fine but if you are charging Rs 2000 for an USG, turn on the AC for the ladies to be more comfortable when the temperature outside is 40 degrees. They are going through a lot of pain and that is a very simple job to do.
