I was almost thinking to sell off my car because some other service center has done some pathetic work. But Apna Garage has done a brilliant work that too in a reasonably lower cost.. its been almost 5 months .. and i haven't faced a single problem after their repair. Thank You so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sevice quality is poor, untrained staffs, they will say we work everything but realty is different, i went for fog light installation, they taken 5 hrs to install of 1 hour work with three man power, with very poor fitting quality, technicians don't how to install, and spoils car front looks, i never suggest .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for an issue with radiotor belt. It was making some noise and without even checking the actual issue, the supervisor (I don't know the name but short height and fat guy) tell me it's a local belt and needs to be changed. Thanks to the other guy who came and checked and found that the belt wasn't properly set. They charged me 200 Rs for a work of 5 mins and only adjustment needed. Nothing required opening other than bonnet. When I asked why the charges are high, he so arrogantly tells me that "mehengayi hai" and tells me that I don't have idea about charges giving me an example of the charges of wheel balancing. Dude, keep your attitude with you. Learn to respect customers and give some valid arguments when someone challenges the price. Anyways, first bitter experience and hardly going back now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Final product was different from what was promised...I am not at all happy with the services. I started facing few more problems after the service along with the ongoing problems for which i initially took my car there. Prices are high and end product is not statisfying. They will take you to a test drive and will tell you n number of problems. But i am not sure if they know how to fix it ...as I did not see things fixed. Please give second thought before visiting them.
One thing i am really happy for is the behaviour of the owner, he will treat you really well....
