★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Pathetic sense of responsibility. No proper systems. I have never received so poor levels of service anywhere. A 5 minute test took us 3 hours and that too coz we pointed it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old and below average place. Mainly for different types of scans (USG, blood test, ECG, endoscopy etc). Front desk is unmannered and professional but services are below average. Avoid Saturday, generally crowded. Too much expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to do a sonography for foetus, best Radiologist in kolkata is Dr. Kamal Oswal sir, he is a pioneer in foetal medicine. He is the best.
Lot of Radiologist come to learn from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wonder why this center works in a weird way. We went for usg. The receptionist asked us to get the photocopy of prescription. There was already a machine with them but they do not want to spend a penny and I had to wander on the streets to get a photocopy of the prescription. Poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Oswal is the best for fetal scanning. But there is lack of privacy inside the usg room.Other than attending sister anyone can enter into the usg room. Usg attendant did not bother to drop the curtain upon requesting several times. Mismanagement at front desk and very less sitting arrangements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit. Very disappointing .Leaking AC dripping water all over us. Housekeeping had to be told to mop up the water and switch off the AC. The staff seems to be overworked and may be responsible for their poor behaviour. Require to be trained in customer care and etiquette and act kindly towards patients coming for their tests.
Puts you off . Hopefully this is read and corrected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Kamal Oswal is probably the most trusted doctor for fetal sonography .The USG machine used is of high quality.
Only negative is huge waiting time and due to very small waiting lobby, it gets crowded. I would highly recommend it but please keep 2-3 hours time in hand when visiting this place.
