★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u r thinking of buying or even renting then stay AWAY from this builder or this building in particular... worst experience so far.. the project completion even after 5 years there are no amenities apart from the so called swimming pool... dont think it will complete in the next 5 years also... also the construction is bad with things falling apart very often.. a strict no no... STAY AWAY....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice apartment with excellent environment and people. Rooms are spacious, well ventilated and airy. The amenities available are swimming pool, amphithetre, tennis court, kids play area, walking track.

They managed in very good way to face the challenge to survive and give competitive product ahead of big guns like Sobha and Purvankara on same road. Location was the main advantage to invest in this property. And quality is commendable as per builder's profile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is very nice and has good ventilation and they would have improved in size of bedrooms and halls. It’s doesn’t have utilities balcony in kitchen which is essential for all apartment for cleanings or place washing machine etc..
Club house design is little awkward but lot of space is available and they could have change design and utilize all the available space !
All i can say is good apartment complex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my leather sofa repaired by ColorGlo which involved getting an ugly discoloration rectified and also re-cushioning the entire sofa set .
Excellent work done by ColorGlo under the leadership of Mr.Jay.
My sofa was delivered in a timely manner exceeding my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me give you the honest review.
1. The builder is bankrupt and doesn't have any money with him. The same builder have constructed an another appartment nearby.
2.Due to this club house is still not operational even after 6 years.
3. No OC received for the property even after 6 years . So no legality to stay there if you buy.
4. Owners are now selling this property due to this.
5. No Kaveri water pipeline and completely depended on tanker water. Borewell is also dry it seems but no water shortage issues but maintenance is on the higher side due to this
6. Since builder is bankrupt no idea when the OC and Kavery issue will be sorted out.
Beware when buying.
