★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and the management both are responsible for the rating. For appointment they agreed on everything but at the time of report rules changed. Rates are cheaper so the services and communication spoken with the manager also but no action has been taken . I suggest please avoid the Center it's my personal opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior is very poor. Commitment is not valued, here. Usually if you get the test done in morning you are soupse to get the report by evening, if not the case then it should have been properly informed to coustmer. I got report 2-3 days later, even after requesting several times. Try to understand the situation without report how would a person can get treated. 2-3 days time can lead to several other problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given covid-19 test sample today where your office committed to provide the report by 4pm then by 6pm. But the same I didn't received and your executives stopped taking my phone and not giving any revert (now it is 8.52pm). Is this the way you deal with the people reaches your diagnostic centre ? Very unprofessional and cheap mentality people.
