It's a temple of Lord Shiva, which has a story attached to it. The name is derived from the Sanskrit script which means 'thorns'. It was a jungle converted into this beautiful architecture. This is thousands of years old temple. Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ancient and historic temple of Bhagvan Shiv located at Katar gam Surat. Importance of this temple increases by the fact that Shivling here is one of the very few swayambhu Shivlangs found in India. Originally here there was a holy Suryakund in the campus of the temple, but recently for some strange reason, its bottom has been paved by concrete and no water is seen. There are small idolls of gods and goddesses on the periphery of the kind. In the outer shrine of the temple there is Nandi sitting in the center on a tall padastal, and around there are gods like Brahmaji, Ganeshji , Suryanarayan, Vishnuji, Hanumanji and Kapilmuni. Thereafter Shivlang in the inner most shrine of the temple. There is also a Parvatimata's full size idoll. The atmosphere here is very divine and one must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantaresh var mahadev temple is very old temple and is a hindu loard Shiva temple. This temple is build in a 1400 ad years and is a live mahadev shiv is seen here. Here one cow is also daily give a milk for loard Shiva and one day cows lage is touch to Shiva's stachu and is many years ago ..Is there seen you now time ...
And here one big talav and sarovar is there full in mosam
