★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont give u full information and then are adamant when u complain. Worst place i have ever been to. They coolly kept the used product after i insisted that as it shrinked it has become nonwearable for me. Complete wastage of time and money. Cud have rated in negetive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge extra amount if you pay by card. Worst place to go. Very unprofessional behaviour. Charge like branded products but quality is worst. Shapes and Sizes not guaranteed after delivery.They are not open to feedbacks. They are only focused on money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An honest review about Necessity by Swati Gautam- the products are great especially for curvy girls, although the price is on the higher side. but the issue I faced- and this is why I give a 2 rating- is horrible customer service and just horrendous behaviour by one girl attendant at their gariahat branch. She has fought with me and my friends multiple times- once she accussed my friend of staining a bra when actually the garment already had a small stain on it and she fought her in front of other customers in an extremely rude way and it was highly undignified of her. Once she started a fight over a Rs 2000 note with my mother and she kept saying is it forged- and then we told her it was taken from an atm. Moreover they don’t take cards, UPI or netbanking (which we were more than willing to pay)- so we told her, if your store is only taking cash, it’s your responsibility to ensure to check every note you can’t just start a fight with a customer on it. The third time we entered the store at 7.15 pm and they had just closed, she told us to push off from there in an extremely rude way- we would completely understand if she had said it politely but she is just so foul mouthed and rude. I hope the store owner Ms Swati Gautam is aware of her horrible behaviour and I am 100% sure I am not the first customer to face this- I hope they take some action against her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their bra for last 5 years. It's really very comfortable...but in recent past what I understood is the quality of the material is compromised. My question to Ms. Swati Gautam is that we are paying you more then why can't we get a quality product from your end? Madam if you want to retain your customer then you will have to listen to your customer.... Material and stitching quality needs to be addressed properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could have rated in negative. The behaviour of the staff was making me nauseous. The attendant in necessity gariahat branch must have forgotten to attend school as she doesn't know to maintain the minimum decorem while talking. I was the only customer out there when she asked me to stand far away from the bra stock as I might take a few with me without paying (she made this clear with her body language and voice tone). Ms. Swati Gautam I have been using this brand since 2006 and i am sorry to say the quality has degraded considerably. Your employees are not sure of the size and they want to shrug their shoulders off any responsibilities so no exchange is available neither can you wear it after buying from the store itself. If you pay by card you need to pay extra. The worst business mindset with zero customer satisfaction. Very disheartening as I now have to leave a brand I was using since so many years. Disgusted by the behavior of such unprofessional people. I had met Ms. Gautam personally and I can't belive this is what she is now trying to establish. Very very disheartening.
