Specially Dr Reza Ahmed has very good experience to deal with female patients and provide complete knowledge about baby to mom or rest diagnostic.

β β β β β Dr. Ahmed Reza Abdullah is one of the worst doctor I have ever seen till now...wrong report generated and after that we have to visit Nanda Diagnostic for the same test and Nanda reports are totally fine....very bad experience with Nector and Doctor

β β β β β Went for USG for my 1 yr old son and Ms. Kanchan was very polite and kind to prioritise him when I told her he hasnβt eaten since morning and was hungry. She proactively gave us discount as well. The person in Radiology was also very kind and supportive, helped handle my son and was very patient with him. Even the housekeeping lady was extremely helpful as she tried to help comfort my son while the ultrasound was in progress.
Not just this - I had accidentally dropped about 600 rs which Ms. Kanchan kept and returned when I went to collect the report.
Never seen such staff in any lab so far! Great people and amazing job!
And yes the report was sent over whatsapp too just in an hour.Strongly Recommended and highly Appreciated!!

β β β β β One of the very few Labs in Rohini which are catering to both patients wuhan COVID19 and non wuhan COVID19
They also collect samples from home
The team is up and on at 8am and works till 8pm non-stop.
This is one not BIG brand but effective YES.
A unit must have next doors
They also deliver the reports via social platforms.
After each inspection they fully disinfect the inspection area.
Cost wise - value for money
Surely team deserves 5Stars.

β β β β β Went there last month on our Family doctor's recommendation and the Experience was quite good. Right from the reception to the Doctors Cabin everybody was generous. The Doctor's are highly qualified and reports are highly reliable.
The only thing I didn't like was their Entrace ramp, it's a bit steep for the elder patients. So please take care of that guys.

β β β β β Very unprofessional behavior by staff. they are very rude and not cooperative. They don't have respect for old clients. Doctor is good but reception staff having very rude behavior. They think themselves owner of the lab. They don't consider good to consult with doctor if any patience ask something. They take decision by their own. Today was my last visit and since now on neither I will go there nor would recommend.
