★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked how they took care of me. really good customer service! Staff was friendly! gunjan did a fab job. My fav. Look was dance/garba n a bridal! The only think I didn’t like tht is when I already told someone my skin is sensitive n I get pimple easily if not taken care of it right. So, I was assured that they use clean brushes n clean thier hands when they do facials. Not true at all. Brushes weren’t clean and While I was getting my facial done the girls were on thier phones n touching things (which is ok but clean your hands, cuz being a bride, getting pimples would be the last thing I would ever wanted) n guess what I got pimples after my facial sessions. I was very upset and disappointed! Overall, it was a gud experience. I would recommend gunjan, her makeup is on point!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good work.. if u want high level perfection with professional makeup artist..than this is best choice for u... And yes if u ask about budget than little costly for normal people bt work is superb in that budget... Budget wise work... if u adjust budget than must visit one time here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Multiple people lied about availability, rate and packages. It seems they decide availability and rate on a whim. Not to mention the quality of service is very cheap. If you're considering them for an important occasion such as wedding or reception, I wouldn't rely on them or their quality of service. Good thing there are other and better options out there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done here for my wedding and Karan has nailed it. I was very stressed as I came from abroad and didn't knew where to go. But Karan made my nails very gorgeous and he gave my nails a detailed work. Thank you Karan for beautiful nails. I highly recommend this studio for all your salon needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am rating not as a User but for my experience to the studio as Bridal’s. friend. My friend had booked her bridal makeup from them and I have no complaints about it. But for the friends or relatives of the bride who accompany her, they have no arrangements. They asked us to sit in a room which was completely dirty, the mattress were full of dust and not cleaned since days or weeks. There was only one waiting room for all such friends or relatives which had one bed with piled up dirty pillows and mattresses. We waited for some 4 hours, there’s no body asking you for tea or Coffee, not even water. We ordered some food online and were in need to spoons and plates, but they didn't even give that. They are supposed to be the best make up studio in town they also charge hefty, but lack overall experience for the client.
Hope they learn this and improvise.

But now I am telling you please don't go I suggest people to don't go after lock down they are very bad in their service and makeup artists was dumb and hairstylist also very poor and bad because they change all their staff members and new are totally dumb they don't know what to do and how to do and most importantly they are lied too much to their customers they have good artist before lockdown not now right now all are freshers and they don't know anything please don't go they spoiled my occasion it's really very much bad.... ???
