JBM team came in clg campus and tell about accomodation,salary and transportation but you are go in company then HR have to refuse all things which tell in campus and then you work as worker in third party pay role.its not require any qulified person.company require only labour for working upto 12 hour in 6 day. And company food quality is very cheaper.this company require only diploma and ITI person who have easily work upto 12 hour without any objection.and JBM is not give experience letter.third party give exp. letter. which is not consider exp. in any industries.
So guys, Plz dont join this company. No future in this company

&THERE R STUFF QUETAR IS SO UGLY THERE'S 6-8 BOY'S IN ONE ROOM. WITHOUT ANY BED OR OTHER FACILITY....
BUT COMPANY IS VERY GOOD FOR JOB...???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a engineering student i gave the interview on 22/05/2019 in oriental college jabalpur for a post of trainee engineer in neel metal products jbm group. When i was here to join the company on 06/06/2019 the first day the doesnot give the proper explanation of job and salary on 10/06/2019 the refuse to what ever they told us in interview about the job post as trainee engineer and accomodation. They mislead us about every thing. We are on the third party payrole. The Dhruv corporate were the consultancy which take the interview and they are also included in it. So plz guys those who apply for job the job in neel metal should complete the documentation work and with witten proof for job.
