★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location comfort all good but staff behaviour worst not. I visited so many resorts across country but this was pathetic experiance of staff behaviour i booked it online and when i called up to resort somebody picked up and i enquired my booking is confirmed or not i was supposed to check i late so got very very roude answer. Than when i checked in next day morning hot water was not coming in all other room it was coming they didnt check and gave me that room when i complained they took approx 1 hour time and no resolution and no body was even bother to update than i kept on calling reception no answer than i went to reception still the same at last they said we will give u hot water bucket i agreed in that also through i was supposed to not agree as in such resort hot water is basic but still i agreed again wait for another half an hour than at last i took bath with cold water in winter wasted my approx 2 hours my on going journey was also distirbed and than when i was about to check out by that time house keeping staff came with 2 hot water bucket. Very very very bad experiance i request owner of resort please work out on staff behaviour. Otherwise really nice property and very nice lacation . I hope it will rectify soon thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this property for one night it was official trip rooms are very species like big bathroom pool table swimming pool billiard room and many other facilities are there in this resort the taste of food is not really up to Mark services good check-in was smooth and it is total value for money

Enough parking space.
Very silent atmosphere, no noise, in the corner of city. Still connected with all major area of city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I have visited there is a gym center, restaurant, party lawn, swimming pool and rooms available for rest. I haven't checked the room and the taste of the restaurant. It seemed good! The place was well managed. 3 stars for half visit. It will be updated when complete visit will be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reaort is good but staff behaviour is worst. They dont know defination of hospitality. In such a beautiful and 4 star resort. Hot water not coming in room when i complain they said we will give you bucket of hot water and still i agree to take they provide it after 1 hour by that time i took shower with cold water in winter. They didnt ever bother to check weather hot water is coming in room they provide or not also when i called up hotel before check in as i was supposed to check in late they gave very very roude reply somebody said voucher hai aapke pas to ho hi gaya hai booking check kya karna. Really nice property good location. But service is worst.

Property is quiet pleasent being situated in the outskirts.
Easy check in checkout.
I stayed in 205 pool view which is much spacious, Needs certain refurnishments.
The most admirable thing is their outer compound and garden space.. very peaceful and natural.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent resort and excellent room and amenities. Worth the money I paid for Deluxe room. Exotic ambience and very delicious food. Staff at resort is very very kind and helping. Only one suggestion to restaurant is either you should keep all items available in menu or reduce the size of the menu. You have excellent dishes to offer on menu card, but many of the them were not available during my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for services and food. It is just awesome. Even location is good now and almost city limits have reached up to neel's city. Earlier this was out of city limits but now it has got good transportation services to reach.
Parking: Ample amount of parking space available and it is not an issue even if there is a bug event.
There is a big capacity banquet hall along with swimming pool.
