★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breaking walls so close to beam at ground floor wall may lead to crack propagation and thereby resulting collapse of entire building.Poor structural engineering.These exhausts should be pre-planned and visible in the drawing submitted to RERA.
Foul smell is the specialty of this building as shop owner of addabazi throws his exhaust for the residents to smell and enjoy.
You have to smell it if you live in the inner side. Also Builder is not giving any reply to the complaints made by residents. Pathetic experience and wanted to give zero stars. Dont buy a flat from this builder.
