★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are spacious and value for money. Built by Ramesh Babu in 2002, Neeladri apartments is a quiet and serene spot with no more than six families. There are no facilities to speak of. Parking is a major problem, and cars with a ground clearance less than 150 mm will find it difficult to get in. Tall cars also find entry a task. The building was built opposite to a garbage dumping site, which is never cleared. There's no swimming pool, no play area or a club house. if you want any of those but a large house, I suggest you move to temple bells a little over half a mile away. Or Brigade Gateway, a mile away.
