The doctor consultation fees for new card Rs.400,and the old card Rs.50.But they will call only new cards all of them first no depend on time morning or afternoon you come,if u take 400 rupees card they will call u first.The old card people have to wait until all new cards finish.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time is too much here. Here, hospital team don't maintain any proper scheduling.
To get the doctor consultation, they ask to visit hospital before 10 or 11 AM and then they will book the consultation.
They segregate old patients separately and new patients separately.
They will call new patients first and then last old patients. As an old patient to wait for our turn, we need to wait 6-7 hours at least. This is not acceptable especially in this covid season like waiting 6-7 hours time to get 5 mins consultation is definitely not acceptable.
Hospital management has to definitely look into this and take related measures.
If hospital team ask the patients to come on particular time only, we will come. Sometimes waiting one or two hours is okay, but not 6-7 hours.
After waiting and getting the treatment, we need to travel for 2 more hours.
Suggestions to Hospital Management:
1. Have proper scheduling system to be implemented.
2. Ask the patients to come to the visit hospital at the given slot or one hour prior.
3. Don't treat new patients and old patients separately.
4. Treat who comes first
5. Don't take break for a long time. Sometimes it is more than an hour to call the patient after a break. This is not right especially when too much crowd is there.
Finally, treatment wise, doctor is good but need to take an action against to patient waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U have to dedicate ur whole day for a 5 min of doctor consultation..... Receptionists are very rude and disobedience in nature....they treat the patients like a sin people.....The waiting time to get the Consultation was min of min 07 hours atleast....But among all these negativity Doctors behaviour and medication will be much more preferable.....If u have any alternative then go for that immediately....pls don't waste ur valuable time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gastrointestinal hospital in west Godavari. This is the old hospital which looks as poor in hygienic the only reason to come here is for better treatment they provide. You can go live with treatment along with doctors. Need appointment for check up before the early hours.
