No cleaning. Pungent smell....
I'll never come to this theatre.
Instead go to Rahul 70mm Shivajinagar.
If possible I can give -ve rating to this theatre.
Batla House movie is good but it ruined everyone's mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest theatres in Pune . Situated near S. P. College . Very reasonable rates as compared to other theatres . 2 D movies only . Not air-conditioned . So you have to rely on the squeaking fans . Parking space is provided . Ample parking space for four wheelers and two-wheelers also . The theatre is mostly filled with college going people ( mostly boys ) . So it is not recommended for families . Families should avoid this theatre as you would not be able to watch the movie comfortably due to the constant shouting .The seating arrangement is very uncomfortable . Seats are not so comfortable . The leg-room is very less . Anyways this comes at a reasonable price .

• Solid Sound systems.
• Ample parking space.
• Family Crowd.
• Clean Washrooms.
# Con's-
• Only one gate for entry n exit.
(Car's usually get stucked)
• No Lift
(old person of family may need to climb
around 30 to 40 staris)
• Quite Congested seats.
(it's difficult to pass a person from a row)
• High Sound [for Kids]
(if you carring a toddler or kid, plz do carry
Cotten)
• High scope for improvement.
