★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best apartment in NCR. Why would any builder make such spacious flats with so much space between each flat in future! Sunlight & wind throughout the day, peaceful green surroundings, it is the most ideal location for any family! Also with very good roads to Delhi and Gurgaon without any traffic light and also a good connection road to Noida, the location of this flat is ideal for office goers! Must visit the apartment to experience what I wrote here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly the best apartment in Faridabad and may be in entire NCR too. Very close to South Delhi. The apartment itself is very well maintained. And newly painted also. The flats are quite spacious with each 3 BHK having 2300 sq ft super area. In fact you will not find such spacious flats in NCR. The flats are also not close to each other unlike in most apartments you open your front door to see neighbor's door. The apartment has own park of over 1 acre which is very well maintained which is very good for old people and children. One can't find such large individual park in any other apartment in NCR. The apartment is located in a green area free from pollution. Since new construction in the Aravali belt (in which this apartment is located) is banned by SC, the lush green peaceful environment will remain so for years to come. The drawbacks are the general problems of Faridabad. No intra city transportation which means you need to have own transportation. The other problem is lack of good markets nearby. The main market is 21C market which is about 5 minutes by car. Overall, for own living, this is one of the best apartments in NCR.
