★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for service the AC. I was informed that the Engineer will call after 4 pm. No one had called till 7.30 pm. Then I called and he said our service is available upto 11.00 pm. It means I had to wait till night for servicing my AC. I cancelled the order.

Installation done within 2 working days that too in times of summer. Hats off to Neelkanth cool and IFB team .
After installation also proper touch maintained and asked for proper cooling and further requirement of any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them for service. They replied charges will be Rs. 350 for visit to inspect any number of ACs. And Rs. 350 will be deducted from service charges. Service charges quoted were Rs. 650 per AC. When the technician came, he was totally unaware of the prices quoted. He demanded Rs. 350 per AC for inspection, and Rs. 200 just for fixing of remote and Rs. 750 for service. When I called them, they said charges are Rs. 750 per AC. We settled for Rs. 700 per AC. The technician repeatedly demanded his visit charge and was furious that charge was settled at Rs. 700 and left our home angrily. Next day other technician came and serviced the ACs. He was paid what was decided i.e. Rs. 700 per AC, but after the service, remote is not working post service. When we asked the technician about it, he said you yourself will have to fix it looking at youtube videos and left. Remote was working before service and not working after service. It is technician's duty to fix it but left just like that.

Two years ago, my old serviceman told me about my Whirlpool AC that your AC will only work for one year now. Then, last year, I contacted Nilkanth Cool AC Service. After his two years of service, the life of my Whirlpool AC has increased by three years.
Its water washing service is the best service given to AC, and after providing this water washing service, the life of AC is increased.
