Visited to enquire about Neelkanth Aangan sector 3 Ulwe project. The female who was available in office was very harsh as if she is doing favour on me. I enquired on 1Rk she told me a price. Just to know whether price is negotiable or not I said it's to high as compared to 1bhk cost of mine in same sector. In attitude she said
1. then sell that if you want, as a customer I will say any price.
2. she has sold 16 flats never seen customer like me.
3. Was surprised when she said I can't buy any property in my life.
She was going on ultimately I have to stop her and ask to give her supervisor's number.
I believe I went for enquire not to get suggestion and to get attitude from her.
When spoke to his senior over phone he said action will be taken I don't think that will happen anytime.
Question is why such unprofessional people are located at office who cannot help or are not professional enough to handle customers.
After this experience will never suggest or visit Neelkanth.
