★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is in Khanda colony & two BHK (590 carpet area ?????) prices at 87 lakh without having spacious rooms, dry balcony & other amenities which are required. The project seems to be a complete cheating & misleading. In the name of Navi Mumbai, they are selling not to benefit buyers. It's a complete fraud. Can we imagine 590 carpet for 2bhk flat?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neelsidhi is one of the reputed builders in Navi Mumbai. Their current project Neelsidhi Orbit in Khanda Colony is worth buying considering its locational advantages. The schools (Ryan's St. Joseph's High School, Mahatma International) , hospitals, banks, market, Railway Station (Kandheshwar), Mumbai Pune Highway etc are nearby.
The cost of the project (Flats) is also reasonable considering the projects with similar quality by other builders in the locality.
They have good sales team and are very transparent in their dealings. I have booked a 2-BHK Flat in the said project and I am happy with my decision.

If it is train view , then they are offering less price than the Gym view.
Rates are out of budget,,,,,,,,,

Khanda Colony Project is one of the best from them.
Delivery of Project is something that should be concern for everyone involve .
Due to Red Tape It's getting delayed.
