★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service out of 70 boxes of tile in total 15 boxes were broken,they don't want to take their responsibility at all.
I purchased bathroom design and 7tiles for floor was broken when I went their to get more tiles item is not available as a result I had to change all floor again.
They are also more expensive than others in price as I tried same item with other stores huge difference.
Please avoid to visit this store very bad experience.

They should really value customer which to them is the least priority. Avoid this one and try others around in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier very experience Fair price and good quality tiles.always found my self well satisfied but today i don't know why but their owner anurag behaviour was very rude nd unprofessional
They give 3 boxes of broken tiles. Which i clearly mentioned before buying it if something is not ok you will have to return it.
But 1 hour when i saw tiles were not good condition they totally misbehaving sort of answer.. what can i do, just throw their tiles at there front door...
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WORST OWNER SHIP
