β β β β β Neeru's is one of my favourite store?? as most of my wardrobe is from Neeru's only??? as due to this pandemic I couldn't visit,so I am planning to shop at Neeru's and btw the staff is so cooperative and I really like the overall atmosphere,...mostly my favorites are salwars, mix n match etc..ohh my Neeru's ?? ??

β β β β β Neerus ..the name is enough for the quality of the clothes ...it has more number of clothing collection inside ..it is beside the CBM MAIN ROAD ...the staff is good ..with great explanation of clothes ...has no vehicle parking there . As it was beside the main road of Vizag ............

30.03.22 , 7.25pm , check the cctv footage , This person sitting on the cash counter just threw my dress from counter to floor because i requested him for alteration of it which i bought for my wife 3 days ago on sale, reasoning that dress bought in sale could not be altered ,just opposite to what the other salesman assured me while buying that alteration would be done wihout any fuss. I was shocked at this person's behaviour , it seemed like he was possessed by some spirit or what . He walked out of his chamber to stand in front of me to confront and bully me. I had never felt such humiliation in my life. They sold me a defective gown which had loose stitching , faulty zip and torn at places at a price for rs 8832 after discount on mrp of rs 22080. They did not let my wife allow for trial while buying ,ultimately me and my wife found these issues at home. And when we went to shop for addressing these issues , we only returned with humiliation,disappointment and regret.I think they print their own increased mrp tag and then in the name of sale of 60 percent off they just clear their stock of damaged and defective items and cheat people. I was about to buy a gown which my wife liked a lot and had discounted price of rs31000 and mrp was rs 77990. Thankfully we did not fall in their trap. I mean what do they think of themself selling gown of 78k what are they louis vitton, chanel, gucci...and how generous they are, giving whopping discount of rs 47,000.can you imagine. They talk honey into your ears to make you purchase their item , and once you paid, their duty is over and so are you. Even If this be the last shop on earth guys dont set your foot inside this shop.
