★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bus service. Our bus got punctured on the highway and no one helped for more than 2 hours. It has worst customer service. They made fun when informed about broken bus and no one took responsibility for it. Everyone said what should we do..we are not responsible for it. Will never travel in Neeta again and would suggest everyone not to take the chance if you want to save money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I have 7 sits booking for udaipur bus timing is 4.40 but bus came after 5 o'clock. As we call for enquiry on pickup man phone he was at home. We booked for Neeta travels but sits was allotted in Neeta laxmi travels. As journey started pick up man taking sits like a ordinary bus so travels was already 1.30 hr late by time. Hole night he do that pick up and drop service. Because of that expected time to reach at udaipur is 11 am but we reach there on 1.30pm.
